Same problem Intel-7265-3165-WiFi-Driver_VCKJ3_WIN_20.0.0.1135_A02.EXE failed to upload

Bought a Dell laptop but this driver does ton upload automatic,only manually,I am not fmiliar to do this,Dell says does not support software problems,any idea of what to do?
