Sounds like the card is not being reinitialized properly. Try the following:

  1. If you haven't already, download the latest WiFi (21.90.3) and BT (21.90.2) driver packages from here and here.
  2. Isolate the PC from the Internet (to avoid problems with Windows Update). Unplug Ethernet cable and/or disable wireless.
  3. From Apps & Features app, uninstall any instances of the Intel PROSet/Wireless Software and Intel Wireless Bluetooth. If prompted, choose to "Discard Settings".
  4. Manually shutdown and reboot your computer.
  5. In Device Manager > Network Adapters, check for entry for Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz. If none, go to Step 8.
  6. Right click on the entry for your Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 9560 and uninstall it., choosing to "Delete the driver software for this device".
  7. Go to Step 4.
  8. (Optional but recommended) Clear out your temporary files using the Windows Clean Disk tool.
  9. Install the drivers downloaded in step one. Install Bluetooth first, followed by Wireless.
  10. Manually shutdown and reboot your computer.
  11. Enable Internet access.
  12. Test.

Hope this helps,

Bluet-out.PNGSalve n.scott.

Ok. The most likely cause of this issue is a failure of the BIOS to restore the state of the device coming out of the Suspend. Check if you have the latest available BIOS for your board. If you do not, upgrade to the BIOS and test again. If you do have the latest, however, you will likely need to contact the board manufacturer regarding this issue.

A presto.
