Screen Share to LG OLED using Intel AX200

I recently upgraded my ASUSN505VW with the Intel AX200  wireless adapter. All seems well in terms of wireless connection except when I attempt to Screen Share to my LG Oled65b6p
. Windows 10 sees the TV but any attempt to connect will result in an error message that simply says "Couldn't Connect and the connection attempt will hang. Before the AX200, I was able to connect with the OEM installed Intel wireless adapter. I am not sure how to diagnose the problem and would appreciate ideas on how to proceed as the error message is not very useful. Here is information about my system and adapter:

RSantelises, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.

Just to let you know, when you replace the Intel® Wireless card on a laptop that its what is called "Wireless Integration" and the thing is that not always the Intel® Wireless card integrated on the system will be fully compatible with it.

In this scenario, if we understood correctly, the Wireless and Bluetooth features are working properly which means that the Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX200 card is compatible with the laptop, but the fact that you cannot share the screen and you used to be able to do that with the OEM card, it indicates that the Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX200 card might not be "fully" compatible with Windows* or with the laptop, especially that the computer is heavily customized in this case by ASUS.

In the following links you will find more information about the regulatory information for Intel® Wireless Integration:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005687/network-and-i-o/wireless-networking.html

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005846/network-and-i-o/wireless-networking.html

So in this case, what we recommend is to get in contact directly with ASUS to confirm if the wireless card is fully compatible with the laptop and if they have some suggestions on this matter, like for example to change a BIOS setting or install a specific Wireless driver:

https://www.asus.com/support/

Additionally, since the configuration also depends on the Operating System, we suggest to get in contact with Microsoft directly for them to confirm if there are reports from other users about this subject, if they have a possible solution and further suggestions on this matter:

Any questions, please let me know.

Thank you for your response I will follow up with ASUS and Microsoft as suggested. I did look in the event application log today and found the following message:

The description for Event ID 255 from source Intel(R) WiDi SAM cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

Not sure if this is related to my issue but wanted to share and see if this helps narrow down my problem.

I also found a significant number of messages in the Event Log for the AX200 adapter:

Netwtw10  6666 - Firmware dbgc dump trigger

Not sure what this message is related to but it seems to happen  frequently

RSantelises, Thank you very much for providing that information.

Yes, those messages are actually related to the Operating System as well, so the next thing to do as you mentioned, will be to contact ASUS and Mircosoft directly for further assistance on this matter.
