Slow download speed

I purchased a ASUS Vivobook X510UF that is OEM with an Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265. I've determined that the network is not the issue. The download speed when using another device is 933 Mbps, but when using the above device with Intel AC 8265, it is only 63 Kbps. Please assist.

glim0, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support. In order for us to provide the most accurate assistance, we just wanted to confirm a few details about your system: Is this a new computer? Did you make any recent hardware/software changes? Was it working fine before? The wireless card, did you purchased it separately or did it came installed in the computer? When did the issue start? Did you check with your Internet service provider to make sure the Internet is working properly? Does the problem happen at home or work environment? Do you have the option to use a different router? We recommend to install the wireless driver provided by the manufacturer of the computer since that driver was customized by them work with your specific platform. We can try a clean installation of the wireless drivers: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000022173/network-and-i-o/wireless-networking.html Please try to install wireless driver version V20.60.0.1530 provided by ASUS: https://www.asus.com/Laptops/ASUS-VivoBook-15-X510UF/HelpDesk_Download/ If the problem persists then we can try to install the Intel® genric wireless driver version 20.110.0: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28503/Intel-PROSet-Wireless-Software-and-Drivers-for-Windows-10?product=94150 Or Intel® driver version 20.120.1: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28623/Windows-10-Wi-Fi-Drivers-for-Intel-Wireless-Adapters?product=94150 In the following link you will find the Intel® recommended settings for the wireless connection: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005585/network-and-i-o/wireless-networking.html Regards, Alberto R.
