Some pieces of 3160HMW out of work

Hi,

There are some pieces of 3160HMW out of order in my office. They used to work perfect until last week. Now they all disappeared from device manager of Win7. But they are not uninstalled or removed.

While switched the OS from Win7 to Linux, 3160HMW was detected but failed to run INIT calibrations: -110. And iwlwifi transaction failed.

May I ask any support and suggestion here?

PLin29, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.

In order for us to provide the most accurate assistance, we just wanted to confirm a few details about your system:

What is the model of the motherboard?

If this is a laptop, what is the model of it?

Is this a new computer?

Did you make any recent hardware/software changes?

Was it working fine before?

The wireless card, did you purchased it separately or did it came installed on the computer?

When did the issue start?

Which Windows* version are you using?

Does the problem happen at home or work environment?

Any questions, please let me know.
