I purchased my laptop a year ago (Dell XPS 15 9510.), and I have been using it without any issues. However, recently, I noticed the absence of Bluetooth in my wireless module (Killer AX1650s), despite the Wi-Fi for the unit working well with consistent performance. When attempting to activate Bluetooth, I receive a message stating that it is not available. Searching in the device manager, it does not appear among the other items.
I would like to inquire if there is a way to enable or activate it.
I have updated the device and reset it to factory settings repeatedly without any improvement. I also checked the BIOS to determine whether it is activated or not, and I found that the option to enable it is not available, unlike Wi-Fi, which I can enable or disable.
Are there any measures I can take to resolve this issue, or do I need to consider replacing the wireless module?
The support tool report from Intel® for the Windows operating system is attached below.
