The latest Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3160 driver crashes occassionally. Driver version 18.33.17.1. I have complete memory dump of the crash. Can someone help me ? Or is there any way how to submit this information to developers? Thanks for answers.

This seems to be the latest version of the driver.

I went through all the usual cleanup & reinstall driver steps.

I am connected using the Realtek Network Card and

I was using the Win10 Mobile Hotspot feature, when the crash happened. Sometimes I was also experiencing high CPU usage (one core was spinning and I couldn't switch off Mobile Hotspot).

I don't have any non-standard Antivirus/Firewall sw installed.

Hi Adrian M.,

I've flashed my BIOS to the latest version.

I'll let you know if it helped.

Thanks.

Hello PKubi2,

Were you able to test the behavior with the latest BIOS update?

Hello AdrianM,

it didn't happen in the last 5 days, it seems to be solved.

I'll keep testing because we didn't use the Mobile Hotspot so often in the last days.

Thank you.
