Have been unable to successfully load the Intel driver. I've tried a number of installation packages (probably all from the last year) and they complete successfully but when you go into Device Manager there's an error (Error Code 52) and Bluetooth doesn't work. Reverting back to the Microsoft driver allows me to use Bluetooth basics, but I'd like to install the Intel drivers. Any ideas?

If issue persists, would you like to provide more details and brief history of your system?
What is your operating system and system model?
The error 52 could mean that the driver is corrupted, was the Bluetooth feature working with Intel drivers before? If yes, what changed?
You may also try with the drivers in zip file format or the ones provided by your http://www.intel.com/support/oems.htm system manufacturer.

Hi Joe - thanks for the response. I hadnt seen the compatibility list but that wasn't the problem. The others I've tried. No luck. Now, I did turn off digital signature verification (I know, not a preferred practice) and it all installed. So, it's functional right now.
History - I've got a Samsung Ativ Book 9 Plus running Windows 7. It was running Win 8 when I bought it, so my Windows 7 was a clean install. I did have a number of problems getting BT to work with the Intel drivers, but I was able to stabilize on the Windows adapter. I've only tried the Intel drivers again because the Windows adapter doesn't support sound.
It's not clear why the digital signature fails when I try to install. All the signatures appear valid when I dig into them. Like I said, it's functional but I don't like the solution.
Any other thoughts?

You can try installing the drivers provided by Samsung*. I suggest making sure the https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=20775 Intel® Chipset and Intel® Management Engine drivers are installed first.

Over the weekend I reloaded the OS and started everything from scratch. I have no idea if I did exactly the same thing as last time but I have it working now. Thanks for the help.
