Weak signal "Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 3168".

I'm in a room with many devices and most seem to connect fine to our Google Wifi router. Anything I can do to hopefully make the connection table. The wifi signal seems to be fluctuating as well.

38% is pretty low signal strength. Are you sure that the antennas are properly connected to the card? Some laptops have better rates with their primary antenna versus their secondary. Could you possibly have swapped them?
