i would go with the 5100 faster connection speed 300Mbps now the 5300 and 6300 as well as the 4965 have 3 antenna hook ups where as the 62xx and 51xx have 2. depending if you have the third hook up or if you want to install the third antenna go with the 53xx other wise the 51xx series works great

hi,

thank you for your quick answers.

If i understand explications, the 3945abg (my wifi card) has two antenna, I must choose the 5100. But if I want to install a third antenna on my notebook i can take the 5300 or 6300.

the better is,

1 6300

2 5300

3 4965

4 5100

bests regards.

yes and just to confuse you even more the 62xx and the 63xx series only come in the half height so they are half as tall as the 53xx and the 51xx i would upload a picture for you but it seems i can't so if you don't want to modify it go with 5100 thats what i am using right now and i have had no problems

Additional information.. 5100 supports Intel My Wifi Technology but 4965AGN does not.

I would recommend you to better check with Fujitsu (your notebook vendor) for the wifi card that is compatible on your notebook.

hello

I tested the 5100 on my amilo pro V3505 (Centrino dual core), it is recognized by Windows XP but do not see any wireless network.

warning calls to verify that the hardware switch is in position there.

the problem is that the only interupteur is inoperative after a replacement card as the function key F10 (LED is always). I think the launch manager (Wistrom) which controls this key does not recognize the card. For this model of card I read (on ggogle) that uses WisWBSet.exe launch manager but I had not arrived by following to the test because not found.

Do you have an idea to solve my problem?

bests regards

PS: Originally the wireless card is a 3945 ABG

Seb
