What’s the range of intel Wifi 6 AX200?

I recently bought a new pc with the motherboard Aorus X570 masters, and it comes with the wifi card wifi 6 Ax200. But for some reason I cannot see any wifi in my wifi settings? My router is like 6-7M away from my pc. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Or is the range really this small?

I am connected to a router a good 10M away (and on floor above) and still maintaining a 4-bars, 780Mbps connection. So no, it is not a general range issue. You need to talk to your vendor regarding what is going on with your board (you do have antennas connected?).
