When looking at the card, how does one tell they have a AX210.NGWG.NV or AX210.NGWG?

As I had asked this question before only to have a useless answer from Intel, how does one tell if they have the AX210.NGWG.NV that is sold by places like CDW.com and Mouser.com vs the AX210.NGWG as I had bought both from different vendors and they look like this:

CDW.com's plastic bag shows AX210.NGWG.NV but the model on the card's sticker itself still shows as AX210NGW:

So how does one tell if they actually have the .nv model meaning there is no vPro.
