Which 5Ghz channels can be used to make 160Mhz on AX200?

I have a Gigabyte Aorus x570 I WiFi Pro which has an integrated AX200 WiFi. I have the latest Intel driver installed by the Intel driver & support assistant. My router is a Netgear R7800 and I have enabled HT160 on it. From its configuration I can see the router is using channels 132+136+140+144+149+153+157+161, however the AX200 is always connecting at 866Mbps (i.e. 80Mhz). If I switch to channel 116 then the router uses a different set of channels and the card seems to be connecting between 1.0 and 1.7Gbps which seems correct for the 160Mhz.

However it seems unclear to my why it would not use 160Mhz when channels 132 through 161 are used. Is the 160Mhz only available on a certain sequence of channels? (i.e. I know they recently added to the netgear R7800 the new channels around Ch140 since they have been made free for WiFi). If the router is able to select those channels why is the AX200 not able to use them? Is the 160Mhz claim only partial?

CGiug, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.

In order for us to provide the most accurate assistance, we just wanted to confirm a few details about your system:

Is this a new computer?

Was it working fine before?

Did you make any recent hardware/software changes?

The wireless card, did you purchased it separately or did it came installed on the computer?

When did the issue start?

Which Windows* version are you using?

Did you check with your Internet service provider to make sure the Internet is working properly?

Does the problem happen at home or work environment?

Any questions, please let me know.
