I have a Dell laptop with the Wi-Fi 7 BE 200 wifi device. I want to connect to a 6 Ghz Wi-Fi AP but this AP is different than most. There is no 2.4 or 5 Ghz network so using RNR for 6 Ghz discovery is not possible. The AP is using FILS for 6 Ghz discovery but the Intel Wi-Fi 7 BE 200 under Windows 11 does not seem to see the 6 Ghz network. My question is does this Intel adapter support FILS and if not will it in the future?

Hello sjcbulldog,
Thank you for reaching out. I understand that you are attempting to connect to a unique 6 GHz only access point that uses FILS for discovery, however you are unsuccessful in doing so. I would need more time to further investigate this matter. I will get back to you once I have the best appropriate answer.
I sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.
Best Regards,
