Hi 3mrahKDN,

I understand that you're having issues with installing the Wi-Fi driver version 23.120.00. For me to address this properly, please share the information below.

1. Screenshot/photo of the error message:

2. Was this working fine before?

3. Is this the original adapter that came pre-installed in your system, or have you changed/installed a new adapter recently?

4. Were you able to install older driver version?

5. What is the full model of your Wi-Fi card?

Please generate SSU report if possible for me to check your system components and configuration.

I look forward to your response.

Best regards,

Jed G.

I am using the old driver. Version 23.110. For some reason I can't install the new driver. I am not the only one having this problem. I didn't change the adapter or anything. The model I am using is AX200.

Hello 3mrahKDN,

Thank you for your effort. However, I can only provide support in English and am unable to understand the error message in the attached screenshot. Could you please translate the message to English and then take the screenshot again? This would be greatly appreciated.

I hope to hear from you soon.

Use Google Translate. It shouldn't be that hard.

Hello 3mrahKDN,

While we can utilize Google Translate, it is only capable of partially translating the error message. I will check internally to determine what further assistance we can provide. By the way, is this a laptop or desktop system?

I am using a desktop computer. My motherboard (ASUS PRIME B550M-A Wi-Fi) Since my motherboard already has wi-fi, it uses the "Intel AX200" socket. I started experiencing this problem after version 23.60. 0.1. Windows update automatically installed version 23.90. 0.1. The next time I started booting the PC, Bluetooth disappeared from the notification center and does not appear. I had to go back to version 23.60. 0.1 as usual and it works without any problems in this version. But now I want to use the latest version. So much so that I installed Windows 11 to research this problem. But I was wrong. I had the same problem with that too. As I said, I did not have this problem before and by the way, for some reason I cannot install the latest Wi-Fi driver. I am currently using Wi-Fi version 23.110. 0.5. I cannot install the latest driver. These problems are whether it is Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. (On the internet, forums, etc. I have searched everywhere and tried every method. But unfortunately I could not solve it.) Some people have managed to install the driver by selecting it from the Device Manager as a zip file. I downloaded 2 AX200 zip file drivers in the driver section. But the Device Manager does not see those files either. I cannot install them either. I kindly ask you to update it and fix this problem.

You say the solution is here, but what do I do every time an update comes out? Will I install this version again? I looked into that too. But this driver is not suitable for me.

Thank you. As I said, there are no methods that I haven't tried. I just had the same problem again. Again, unfortunately, I returned to 23.60.0.1. I manage with this. Because there are users with these problems. I hope you will correct these problems as soon as possible. I believe in you. I have already sent you all the problems I have experienced. Thanks in advance.

Hi @3mrahKDN,

I haven't received your message from my last email. I'm following up on this case/thread. Based on the previous threads that you've created and the symptoms you've outlined, it's possible that your motherboard has an inbox Wi-Fi driver that came preinstalled on your system. These types of driver can't be uninstalled (you won't see the "Delete the driver software for this device" option) and look for possible ways to address the driver update issue that you've encountered.

I wanted to discuss this with you on a phone call and verify it via remote assistance to provide a positive disposition on the status of your system faster.

I've sent you another email to follow-up. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need further assistance. I look forward to resolving this issue for you.

Hi @3mrahKDN,

I haven't since the updated generic Intel Wireless and Bluetooth driver does not work on your system, it would be best to contact your motherboard manufacturer regarding the inbox driver bundled on your system.

@Batu_staby24 please create a separate thread for your request. Alternatively, you can contact Intel Customer Support for assistance.

I'll proceed to close this case now. This thread will no longer be monitored.

My problem was solved like this. When I tried to install the driver as setup, it still wasn't installed. It gave an error as usual. But the system automatically installed the (Wi-Fi) driver that came to me via Windows Update. So my problem was solved. But the Bluetooth driver is still the same. I am having problems with the Bluetooth driver. I don't know why, but I find the driver updates that come via Windows Update to be more stable and I don't have any problems. I will do the same from now on. When I try to install the driver from your site, for some reason I can't install it. As I said, if there are users who have this problem, please install the updates that come via Windows Update. It is more stable this way. But also fix the setup issue as soon as possible. For now, I only have a Bluetooth problem. I can't update it.
