Wi-Fi driver problem on Acer Swift SF314-57

Hello, for a few months I have had a problem with the wi-fi on my Acer Swift SF314-57 under Windows 11. Impossible to connect to the internet, activate airplane mode, or even sometimes activate Bluetooth. Uninstalling the wi-fi driver doesn't do anything, because it's the same one that is reinstalled (IntelR Wi-fi 6 AX201 160MHz) and therefore doesn't work. I'm not sure what the problem is. When I go to the hardware and connection properties, I'm told that the Bluetooth network connection is in a "Not Present" state and that the Wi-Fi is in a "Not Operational" state. I don't know what to do, my computer is unusable and I can't do anything with it.

Hello Marine_5,

Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities.

To have a better understanding of your issue, please provide me with the following:

  • Do you remember if this issue happened after a new OS update or Wireless driver update?
  • Were you able to have your wireless connection in a normal/expected performance before?
  • Are you able to reproduce the same issue while on a hardwired connection?
  • Have you confirmed if the issue persists using another network?
  • Is this the original adapter that came pre-installed in your system or have you changed/installed a new adapter recently?
