Hello MahmoudKamal

Thank you for posting in the Intel® community.

  1. Run the utility.
  2. Click on "Scan" to get the scanned system.
  3. Once the scan is complete click on "next".
  4. Use the "save" option, save the report to your desktop.
  5. To attach a file, you must click the "Attach" option on the bottom right-hand corner of the response box.

Hope this helps.

Hello MahmoudKamal

Thank you for the information.

Given all the test and troubleshooting perform on the behavior, a clean installation of the wireless driver different versions and a clean installation of the Operating System (OS) I would recommend contacting DELL™ the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for possible hardware issues.

Hello MahmoudKamal

Thank you for the information.
  • Have you tried to roll back the wireless driver on the device manager? See the steps below.
  • Have you tried the OEM driver? See download link below.
  • If you are having problems to install a previous wireless driver I would recommend uninstalling the current driver on the system to complete the new installation.

  • Roll back drivers steps:

  • Right click on the Windows logo.
  • Select device manager.
  • Browse for the Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 3160.
  • Right on the wireless adapter, select properties.
  • Go to the driver tab.
  • Select roll back driver.

If the behavior persists it could be related to a hardware problem, if this is the case I would recommend contacting the OEM for warranty options.

Hope this helps.
