I decided to go to the repair shop and l decided to let them check. They said there is a problem in a WiFi card so I replaced it with Intel dual band wireless ac-3165 , previously it was Qualcomm atheros qca61x4a. It works well but the problem is that whenever I used to turn on the laptop or restart, the WiFi driver gets disappear and after shutting down 2-4 times and reopen the laptop it again works. I'm just frustrated with the problem what should I do.

Hello Prms,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I am sorry to know that you are having issues with your Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165.
Bear in mind that if you use a wireless card not approved by the manufacturer on your laptop it may present unexpected issues and may not work properly. However, in order to better assist you, please provide the following:
1. Run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) to gather more details about the system.
- Download the Intel® SSU and save the application on your computer: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18377/intel-system-support-utility-for-windows.html
- Open the application, check the "Everything" checkbox, and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. The Intel® SSU defaults to the "Summary View" on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View".
- To save your scan, click Next and click Save.
2. Do you still have the error at the device manager? IF so, which error code is it?
3. Have you checked with the drivers approved by Lenovo for this new wireless card?
4. Have you checked with Lenovo for instructions and advice?
Best regards,
Deivid A.
