I have a lenovo thinkpad x1 carbon laptop with windows 10, with Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265 wifi card. Every time it connects to the internet it works fine for a moment, then it automatically disables itself I can't resume the connection, I have to restart the computer to be able to connect.

Can you help me please?

I have upgraded to the latest wifi driver.

Regards

Hello Ricardo_Z,

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I am sorry to know that you are having issues with your Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265.

In order to better assist you, please provide the following:

1. Is this the original adapter that came pre-installed on your computer or did you change/install the adapter to this one?

2. Is the Bluetooth working?

3. Is this issue recent? If so, when did it start?

4. What is the Windows 10 version and build?

5. What is the BIOS version?

6. Do you see an error in teh device manager when the card is disabled?
