Wifi connection not working. Laptop detecting available connections but is unable to connect. Have updated driver for Intel (R) 5100 network adaptor via Intel update facility (intel chipset device version 10.1.1.14) but still not working. On Windows 10 with 64bit system. Other laptops able to connect to wifi so router working fine. Every now and then I get wifi connection but only lasts for few minutes.

nelle,
The Intel® WiFi Link 5100 is compliant with earlier versions of Windows* up to Windows*8. and it is not supported on Windows*8.1 and Windows®10. For your convenience, here is an advisory where you can confirm this piece of information:http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/network-and-i-o/wireless-networking/000005602.html Intel® Wireless Products Supported Operating System
