Hello nesar77,
Before we proceed, please note that this is an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) device, we will try to assist you with general troubleshooting steps even if it’s something not traditionally covered in our support. However, if the issue still persists, you will have to contact the Original Equipment Manufacturer of your device. Your device manufacturer may have altered features, incorporated customizations, or made other changes to some components for better compatibility with your system.
Please let me gather the following details in order for us to further understand the situation.
- Please download and run this tool, Intel® System Support Utility(link below) so I can help check your system info and assist us with troubleshooting. Once finished downloading, open the tool, click on scan (leave the default items checked), click next, then save the system information to a .txt file. Please provide us the .txt file.
- Did your system use to work before? Or is this an out-of-box issue?
- Any recent changes (hardware/software) made on the system?
- What steps were taken to troubleshoot this issue?
Best regards,
Jay B.

Hi nesar77,
Thank you for your response. Upon checking your system scan, I can see that you have the version 23.20.0.4 Intel driver installed for the Intel® Wi-Fi 6E AX211 of your LG gram 17Z90R Notebook. Please be informed that Intel® only supplies generic versions of wireless drivers for general purposes. Computer manufacturers might have changed the features, incorporated customizations, or made other changes to the driver software or software packaging.

I would like to suggest considering the steps from the article below:

Please make sure to use the wireless driver developed and release by LG, from their download page below:
File name: [Wireless/Win11_64bit] WLAN Driver Ver.22.160.3.2

Hi nesar77,
It is unfortunate to know that our previous recommendation did not work. The submitted error is somehow suggesting about the driver of your Wifi adapter(AX 211). Kindly double check and try the following steps to see if these can fix your concern.
- Double check in Device Manager if you have a Yellow Bang(!) on your AX211 device. If yes, there is a possibility of a hardware issue not accepting the driver.
- Check for any available Windows update
- Boot into Safe Mode with Networking and try to update your drivers again during Safe Mode. Afterwards, boot into normal mode to see any difference. You may refer to Microsoft's guide for this here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/start-your-pc-in-safe-mode-in-windows-92c27cff-db89-8644-1ce4-b3e5e56fe234#WindowsVersion=Windows_11
- Try Startup Repair. Please refer to this guide: https://www.elevenforum.com/t/use-startup-repair-in-windows-11.14660/
If the issue persists, after the recommendations above it is best to coordinate with LG for further assistance as they might have any specific steps to address your concern.
Best regards,
Jay B.

Hi Ramyer,
I've just removed the driver and used Windows update to reinstall the 22.16 driver, but the adapter doesn't work.

Hello nesar77,
I am sorry to hear that the issue still exists. Just to confirm, were you able to see a Yellow Bang(!) on your AX211 device in the device manager? You may check this by Going into Device Manager > Network Adapter > AX211. If you are seeing one, please let us know of the error code so we can check for proper troubleshooting.

Hello nesar77,
Unfortunately, it appears that it might have something to do with the hardware of the AX211 installed in your system. Despite performing the troubleshooting steps to address the Code 10 error, we are unable to resolve the issue. Since you mentioned that it never worked with your laptop, there is a possibility that it was faulty from the beginning.
At this rate, it is best to coordinate with LG from their support link here: http://www.lg.com/us/support to seek further assistance, as they may have other recommendations to fix the issue.
Best regards,
Jay B.
