Wireless AC 9560 160MHz code 10/code 43 whenever launching game

Hi, I have a laptop with a wireless AC 9560 160MHz and it gets an error either code 10 or code 43 whenever I launch a game no matter what it is. I get to play a little 5 minutes or so when I launch a game but then it suddenly tells me i have no wifi. I have tried multiple solutions such as
-disable/enable
-updating it to 22 230
-deleting/reinstalling it
-restart my computer
-resetting my BIOS to default
-turning off every power saving things
Nothing worked. I faced this problem last summer which i didnt know what to do but it seemed to have fixed itself but Whenever i would look at my wifi icon it would say: the name of my wifi, then it would say no access to internet.
But i still had wifi and i was still able to play. Now what it does is im able to get on opera gx or on discord but Whenever i launch a game it gets an error.

I need help and I will gladely answer questions to make this as clear as possible

Hello, @Toastada

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I will gladly assist you here.

Please, answer these questions to have a better perspective of this issue:

  1. Is the Intel® Wireless-AC 9560 the pre-installed wi-fi card in your laptop or is it an integration (upgrade/ not the original card)?
  2. What is the model of your laptop?
  3. Was it working fine before?
  4. Just to confirm, does this issue happens with all games or only in specific games?
  5. Does this issue happen with other apps/programs (Google, Outlook, etc.)?
  6. Could you please provide us with a screenshot of the error you see as an example?

Hello and thank you for responding to my post:

1-The Wireless AC 9560 is the original wifi card i have not modified my laptop ever since I bought it

2-The model is: ROG Strix G531GT_GL531GT

3-I bought this computer in december 2021 I think, it worked fine until summer 2022 (beginning of june) it had a similar problem but I had no idea how to fix it so I just got along with it and it went away at the end of the summer. It then came back a few time during the year but no big deal until now.

4-It seems to happen with almost every game (I haven't tested all of them) but it still happens while running Steam in offline mode and it also happened when i was downloading 2 games at the same time while in a discord call.

5-I haven't seen it happen on Discord or on google but it seems to happen whenever I'm using a lot of data (to mention i have not put a limit on the data i could use). It is also not a problem that comes from the outside although my computer might need a cleaning.

6-I apologize for the switch in language in the following screenshot but this is what happened about 10 minutes ago when i launched Ark Survival Evolved in offline mode (Steam).

Thank you for your time and may you reply as soon as you can.

Hello, @Toastada

Thank you for the information provided.

  1. By screenshot of the error, I mean the error or errors you see in the games or apps, can you please send a screenshot of those errors you get?
  2. In any case, try a Clean Installation of Wireless Drivers, using the latest wireless driver. If the issue persists, try this step using your System Manufacturer's driver (make sure the OS chosen is correct).

Note #1: Make sure to check you have all the Windows updates before doing the driver installation. Also, make sure to do this step disconnected from the internet (wi-fi or wired connection) when you are uninstalling the driver software since Microsoft updates drivers automatically and prevents doing the clean installation successfully.

Note #2: We recommend checking with your System Manufacturer and using the driver software provided by them to avoid potential installation incompatibilities. Intel supplies generic versions of Wireless Drivers for general purposes. Computer manufacturers might have changed the features, incorporated customizations, or made other changes to the Wireless driver software or software packaging.
