I suggest two steps verification in regards of the wireless adapter functionality:
- You may want to check that your system has WiFi connectivity enabled. - Once you checked the first step you may want to check the status of the Intel® wireless adapter driver in Device Manager (Control Panel). If the wireless adapter does not appear at all you may have a hardware issue and it is recommended to contact the system manufacturer for assistance.
