atualizar driver killer bloqueia upolad ethernet (via cabo)

Ao instalar esta atualização, a internet upload via cabo para de funcionar,,, o upload cai de 100 mg para 3 mg... Só funciona no wifi, mas conectado via cabo o upload para de funcionar..  Ao desinstalar o driver, tudo volta ao normal.. Windows 11
