Bluetooth with ac3160 not working anymore on Tecra z50-a169 under Win 10/64.

Could the adapter be broken?

What do you mean by "not working anymore"? What is the failure?

I cannot find bluetooth settings at all anymore in Windows configuration.

I cannot connect to any bluetooth device anymore.

A month ago I was still able to go to bluetooth setting, by simply typing "buetooth" in Windows search field, and connect succesfully to my bluetooth keybaord or speaker, now it refers me to airplane mode. When I go to airplane mode, there is no bluetooth button, only cellular, gps and wireless. They are all on on.

I checked BIOS settings, bluetooth is on on. I checked my quick key settings, all wireless settings are on.

I bought a bluetooth USB dongle today, and now I can connect to bluetooth devices again, but not through the mainboard feature.

Hello,

I havé quitte the same problem. Wifi is ok but no Bluetooth fonction detected. W7 is update and drivers too.

The AC 3160 is consided by W7 as wifi card only.

Is there a solution ? My retailler as not.
