hola. tengo problemas con mi adaptador AC 7265, el fallo es que se pierde continuamente la conexión y también con el ratón bluetooth, he actualizado el controlador a la última versión y sigue el fallo. Puedo sustituir el adaptador por el AC9560?

You need to contact the manufacturer of your laptop regarding any problems you have, as they are solely responsible for your support and warranty.

Also, the same regarding replacing your adapter.

REscr, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support. Just to let you know, we only provide support in English language and currently, we are using a translation tool. In order for us to provide the most accurate assistance, we just wanted to confirm a few details about your system: Is this a new computer? Did you make any recent hardware/software changes? Was it working fine before? The wireless card, did you purchased it separately or did it came installed in the computer? When did the issue start? Did you check with your Internet service provider to make sure the Internet is working properly? Does the problem happen at home or work environment? We recommend to install the wireless driver provided by the manufacturer of the computer since that driver was customized by them work with your specific platform. Even though you mentioned that you already did that, just to make sure, we can try a clean installation of the Intel® Wireless driver: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000022173/network-and-i-o/wireless-networking.html I looked in HP's web site, after following the steps provided in the link above, we can try to install Intel® Bluetooth Driver version 20.60.0.4 Rev.G: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-elitebook-840-g2-notebook-pc/7343202 And also the Intel® Wireless driver version 20.90.0.7 Rev.P: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-elitebook-840-g2-notebook-pc/7343202/swItemId/ob-225261-1 If the problem persists after that, since the laptop is working with Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265, we can test the Intel® generic drivers for Wireless and Bluetooth. Please try to install Intel® Bluetooth driver version 21.00.0: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28685/Intel-Wireless-Bluetooth-for-Windows-10?product=83635 And Intel® Wireless driver version 21.0.0: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28685/Intel-Wireless-Bluetooth-for-Windows-10?product=83635 In reference to your question, if the Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265 card came already pre-installed in the laptop, we recommend to keep using that card, since if you try to install a different model there might be compatibility limitations like for example with the BIOS, there are also customizations done in this case by HP to make it work with their platform and besides that there is also the FCC standard and regulations that you will find in the link below: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005687/network-and-i-o/wireless-networking.html Regards, Alberto R.
