Hello Djsatan,
We understand that the connectivity of your Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165 is affected when you use Bluetooth* headphones. This may be possible specially if your network operates in the 2.4 GHz band, since Bluetooth* uses the same band.
The first recommendation we can provide is to make sure you are using the most recent Wireless and Bluetooth* drivers four your system. As first option, we recommend to obtain the files from your http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/topics/OEMs.html Computer Manufacturer Support. Or you may use the generic versions from Intel Download Center:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26346/Intel-PROSet-Wireless-Software-and-Drivers-for-Windows-10?product=89450 Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software and Drivers for Windows® 10 [19.20.0]
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26419/Intel-Wireless-Bluetooth-Software-for-Windows-10?product=89450 Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® Software for Windows® 10 [19.11.1639]
For further assistance, we would like to have the following information:
- Download Intel® System Support Utility, run the tool and use it to create and save a report with all sections, then add your reply to this thread and use the Advanced editor options to attach the resulting file to your post.
- Have you checked if this happens when connected to a 5 GHz network?
- Did the adapter come built from factory with your computer? or was it a custom upgrade?
- Was this working fine before?
Regards,
Jonathan.

Hello
Since the issue persists after updating the WiFi and Bluetooth* drivers, please apply the following settings to your system:
- Go to Windows* Device Manager, Network Adapters, select the Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165, go thehttp://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/network-and-i-o/wireless-networking/000005585.html Advanced driver settings and apply the following changes:
1. 802.11n channel width for band 2.4: 20 MHz only
2. HT Mode: HT mode
- Go to the Power options of you laptop, in the Advanced Settings for your Power Plan, and make sure that the Wireless Adapter is set to work at "Maximum Performance" when plugged in and on battery.
Regards,
Jonathan.
