intel dual band wireless-ac 7260

Здравствуйте! У меня проблема с intel dual band wireless-ac 7260 18.33.15.1 драйвер. ноутбук packard bell easynote tm 86 windows 10. Система модуль определила, установила драйвер, но возникла ошибка : Запуск этого устройства невозможен (код 10). Запрошенная операция не выполнена. Все возможные действия были сделаны- переустановка драйверов, удаление устройства и даже переустановка операционной системы, ни чего не помогает. В тоже время на операционной системе Linux загруженной без установки , модуль полностью работает.

СКова3, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support. Is this a new computer? Didi you make any recent hardware/software changes? Besides the driver not installing, is there a problem with the Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 or it is working fine? The wireless card, did you purchased it separately or it came installed in the computer? What is the model of the laptop? What we recommend is to install the latest version of the wireless driver provided by the manufacturer of the laptop, that driver was customized to work with your specific platform, The 18.33.15.1, is that the driver version provided by the manufacturer of the laptop?
