For me to further check this, please help provide the following details:
- What is the model of your wireless controller?
- Was the ICPS working fine before?
- If yes, what was the last change before the issue started?
- Are you using an EVO laptop?
- Can you take a photo of the Evo logo and the error message.
If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.
Best regards,
Michael L.

Hello i5-13500H-Evo,
Thank you for the update.
Can you try the following steps and let me know if this one can install the program:
- Uninstall the current driver version
- Download the OEM driver from their website
- Install the OEM driver
Contact your Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to install the Intel® Connectivity Performance Suite (ICPS) for Intel® Wireless Products, and Intel® Connectivity Manager (ICM) OEM drivers. Drivers provided by the OEM can contain specific customizations that impact a device's functionality. Therefore, using a generic driver from Intel could potentially cause issues.
If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.
Best regards,
Michael L.

Hello i5-13500H-Evo,
Thank you for the update.
I think you have 2 issues here. If the issue is regarding ICPS, the recommendation in my last post is the one that you need to follow. You need to contact Lenovo for that.
If the issue is with IDSA, you may try to reinstall IDSA by following the steps in the link below:
If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.
Best regards,

Hello i5-13500H-Evo,
Thank you for the update.
If you were able to install version 3.1024.210.1 and the latest from Intel is getting an error. That means your system can support the 3.1024.210.1 version. Please remember that the version from Intel is generic version and your system may require the driver from Lenovo that has their own settings in it. It is best to further check this with Lenovo and also when can they release their version of 40.25.501.145.
If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.
Best regards,
Michael L.
