I have reduced the version of the Wireless dock manager(3.0.53144.1-3.0.50135.6) and is working normally.
New versions and win10 compatibility issues.

Hello HowieHu,
We understand that you were experiencing issues with Intel® Wireless Dock Manager version 3.0.53144.1.
Thank you very much for finding and sharing a workaround by rolling back to a previous version of the software (3.0.50135.6). We'll inform the appropriate team about this behavior on latest Windows 10* version (1803 as of today).
Best regards,
Eugenio F.
