iwlwifi weak signal for Intel AC 9462 on Linux

Wireless signal may be 90% on windows and 30% on Linux using the same machine and location.
This happens on different distributions such as Ubuntu and Fedora
It is unusable because of the disconnections and the speed.

Just dropping here to upvote this as this is still relevant on 2022. Windows/Mac work perfect on 2nd floor while Linux drops to 0mbps...

I've tried everything disabled 5ghz on router level. Also disabling 11ac improved speeds a little.

 AX203 card just seems to have a poor support.

HOW TO REPLICATE THIS

- Buy Dell XPS 15 9510

- Install Ubuntu/Fedora on it

- Enjoy 10mbs speeds on a different room
