I use 12th gen Intel + 9260NGW In Ubuntu 16.04.

WiFi work, Bluetooth don't work...

It's strange that the WiFi works but the Bluetooth doesn't work.

To further investigate on the issue we will be needing the following information,

• Get the Intel SSU log file of the computer. You can check the link below on how to get SSU log file,
  • https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000057926/memory-and-storage.html
• Is the wireless adapter came preinstalled on the computer?
