not able to enable multiqueue support on ixgbe 3.7.17 drivers

Hi

I have compiled the ixgbe driver and loaded it.

I have given what information may be important.

insmod ./ixgbe.ko MQ=1,1 RSS=8,8 FdirMode=1,1 mtu=9600 IntMode=2
