Hello emer,
Thanks for posting. According to our translation tools, the wireless adapter on your system seems to be disabled.
This is usually managed by a function key (Fn key + one of the numbered "F" keys) or a dedicated button/switch. Please look for this button and make sure it is enabled if present.
If the issue persists once confirmed this is enabled, please share with us the Intel® System Support Utility report as an attachment in your next reply. This will provide us with your system technical specifications.
1. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-?product=91600 Download the latest Intel® SSU.
2. Select to include "everything."
3. Name and save the report.
EDIT: This thread has been moved from General Discussions to Wireless Networking sub-forum.
Best regards,
Eugenio F.
