Hello,
I would like to use Intel AX210 to capture the Wi-Fi packets. But, the Wireshark always told me "No packets captured".
I'm pretty sure the Wi-Fi adapter is under monitor mode. I can use the same way on the other laptop to do the same thing.
Then, I accidentally saw the dmesg pop-up Wi-Fi crash messages after I enable the Wi-Fi adapter with monitor mode.
Is there a way to fix this issue? I never met the situation before. Thanks.

Hello HKL
After reviewing the information, the screenshots indicate the system is using an older kernel 5.15 with AX210 FW 66. Therefore, we suggest trying the latest (and stable) kernel 6.0 that comes with the newer AX210 FW 71. We recommend contacting your Linux distro support team/forum for assistance to update the kernel. For instance, you may refer to the UBUNTU* forums for more help.
Also, we would like to inform you that on Linux, Intel® wireless products are fully supported in station mode. As for monitor mode, the features and its support are limited, so it's expected that 802.11ac (uses OFDM) may function in monitor mode but 802.11ax (uses OFDMA) may not.
If you have any other inquiries, please don't hesitate to contact us back.
Best regards,
Andrew G.

Hello AndrewG_Intel,
After your suggestion, I try to upgrade the Linux kernel and Wi-Fi adapter FW on the same laptop.
Finally, I choose to clean install Ubuntu 22.10 (Linux kernel: 5.19, Wi-Fi adapter: 71).
The issue still can be reproduced.
Then, I decided to do the same thing on a PC.
I found the Wi-Fi crash messages still there, but monitor mode works properly.
Maybe the laptop has some problems related to HW.
Sorry for the misunderstanding of the call trace (WiFi crash).
It seems might be a normal behavior with monitor mode. (I'm not sure. I guess.)
Anyway, thank you for your help.

Hello HKL
In this scenario, we recommend checking this further with your Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) HP for further assistance including reviewing if this could be related to a hardware problem on the computer.
Best regards,
