We cannot help you here. You have a MediaTek wireless adapter. You need to update to the latest MediaTek driver package provided by your motherboard/system provider. If that package does not alleviate the issue, you will need to contact your motherboard/system provider.

Here are some steps to help you resolve the error code 45 issue:

  • Check Device Connections: Error code 45 typically means that the device is not connected. Ensure that your Wi-Fi and Bluetooth devices are physically connected (if applicable) and that they’re properly seated.

  • Run the Hardware Troubleshooter:

    • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters.
    • Select Hardware and Devices and run the troubleshooter to detect any issues.
  • Update Drivers:

    • Go to Device Manager, find your Wi-Fi and Bluetooth devices, right-click on them, and select Update Driver.
    • Choose Search automatically for updated driver software.
  • Uninstall Drivers and Restart:

    • In Device Manager, right-click your Wi-Fi and Bluetooth devices and select Uninstall device.
    • Restart your computer. Windows should automatically reinstall the drivers upon reboot.
  • Check for Windows Updates: Make sure your system is fully updated:

    • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates.
  • Disable Power Management:

    • In Device Manager, right-click your Wi-Fi and Bluetooth devices, select Properties, go to the Power Management tab, and uncheck Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
  • Perform a System Restore: If the problem started recently, you might try restoring your system to a previous point when everything was working correctly. Go to Control Panel > Recovery > Open System Restore.

  • Check for Hardware Issues: If none of the above steps work, there might be a hardware issue. Consider testing your devices on another computer or contacting your device manufacturer for support.

One thing that actually worked for me:
Just go to Device Manager > Bluetooth > (pick your driver — in my case, it was Realtek Bluetooth Adapter) > right-click > Properties > Power Management tab,
Then uncheck the option that says "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power."
That’s it.

That’s it.
This might fix the issue for good.

Note: Before you do this, make sure the options and the drivers are even showing.
If they’re not there, try this:
Unplug all connected devices, unplug the power adapter, then press and hold the power button for 30 seconds to do a power reset.
Turn the PC back on, and the drivers + options should now be visible.
