Не устанавливается Intel oneAPI Base Toolkit

Hi,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

We only provide support in English. I have translated your question.

" When you try to install the oneAPI base toolkit, the following window appears:

I install it on visual studio 2019 version 16.11.7. when installing visual studio, "developing desktop applications with c++" was chosen as an additional installation item, since the program is required for further installation of the Intel Fortran compiler. when checking in visual studio 2019, I couldn't find the oneAPI base toolkit, though maybe I just didn't. I'm asking for help."

Could you please confirm whether this reflects your question correctly?

Regards,

Vidya.

Hi PhasGerd,

Thanks for the confirmation. Based on the provided details, we would recommend you try integrating the Intel® oneAPI Base Toolkit with a compatible version of Visual Studio build (such as VS 2019 16.10.3) from the below link.

Intel® Compilers Compatibility with Microsoft Visual Studio* Info Link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/articles/reference-implementation/intel-compilers-compatibility-with-microsoft-visual-studio-and-xcode.html

Make sure to select the 'Desktop development with C++' component while installing it, as before. Since it would change the order of installation, please repair the  Intel® oneAPI Base Toolkit 2021.4 after you are done installing Visual Studio.

Please let us know if the issue persists with the compatible version of Visual Studio installed. Kindly get back to us with a copy of the Info (using 'Copy Info') from 'About' of the Help section of Visual Studio. It will allow us to check further.

Regards,

Soumya

Hi PhasGerd,

Thanks for providing the update on the post. Please let us know the below details.

  • Did you select the component: 'Desktop development with C++' while installing the Visual Studio?
  • Was it a clean installation of the Intel® oneAPI Base Toolkit?
  • The version of the operating system
  • The installation log file (of the latest install process) from the path: %tmp%\intel_oneapi_installer\
  • A copy of the Info (using 'Copy Info') from 'About' of the Help section of Visual Studio.
  • Is there any other version of Visual Studio installed on the system, at the same time as Visual Studio 2019 16.10.3?
  • Is it the exact same error? If not, please provide a screenshot of the current error.

The information will allow us to check on the issue further. Looking forward to your update.

Regards,

Soumya
