2025.1 Installer

I realize I use the latest Preview Build and the latest VS 2022 Preview. 

I enclose the installer log, it threw up an error on the base kit. 

It did not throw up an error on the IFX and it appears to be working ok. 

Yes I realize all the unwritten rules of Fortran coding I broke, but such is life.
