Basekit installation fails

I'm trying to install the OneAPI basekit on a Linux system.  During the installation, the download for Advisor fails with a write error.  There is plenty of space on the system, so it is not a 'disk full' error.  See below:

# zypper install intel-basekit

I tried manually downloading that RPM with curl, and I get this:

# curl -o intel-oneapi-advisor-2021.3.0-290.x86_64.rpm https://yum.repos.intel.com/oneapi/intel-oneapi-advisor-2021.3.0-290.x86_64.rpm

Any ideas?

  • The Intel® oneAPI Base Toolkit update number that you are trying to install
  • The complete name and version of the Linux operating system in use.
