I can't install the two packages in Ubuntu 20.04 .

When the mouse cursor clicks on these two installation packages, it cannot be selected, resulting in the inability to install, I don't know if you have encountered a similar situation?QQ截图20240111215945.png

Hi Xuan, kindly share the below details:

  • Version and update number of Intel® oneAPI HPC toolkit.
  • Other versions of Intel® Parallel Studio XE or Intel® oneAPI already installed on the system.
  • Is the installer an online or an offline package?

Thanks for your reply very much:

It's the latest online version, and I am sure that there are no other versions of Intel® Parallel Studio XE for the computer is just installed with ubuntu.

Hi Xuan, we have tested the product in our environment and found that the products can be checked and unchecked while selecting the 'Customize' installation. We have also checked the screenshot you have shared and would suggest you perform the below steps to resolve the issue at the earliest:

  • Uninstall the previously installed product
  • Post uninstallation, try installing the Intel® HPC Toolkit

Note: This component is part of the Intel® oneAPI Base Toolkit. We recommend that you download the full toolkit initially, and then update specific components as needed.
