Can oneMkl be commercialized for free

Our company has a software that we want to use oneMKL to accelerate calculations. Can this oneMKL be commercially available for free, or do we need to purchase it? thanks

Hi Zhou, please note that the latest version of Intel® oneMKL is available for everyone. Kindly refer to the below link to download the latest version.

Also note that Intel® oneAPI users with active Intel Priority Support can access older versions via a secure portal as a part of support subscription.
