My student license for Intel Parallel Studio 2019 XE just expired. I see that the oneAPI toolkit is required. When I try to download the base toolkit from
https://software.intel.com/content/www/us/en/develop/tools/oneapi/base-toolkit/download.html
and then I clicked on download, it keeps prompting me to the "Register for Intel® Developer Zone" where I can "Sign up for Intel® oneAPI update notifications, access to tools, code and support communities.". The problem is I *already* did this (several times, even) and it still shows me that page. I can't seem to download the base kit.
Any help?

I tried but couldn't able to reproduce your issue. Can you log out and then log back in to see if you are able to download?
Thanks,

Hi, thanks for the reply.
I logged out and back in. I still got the same thing - register for the ideal zone. When I did and I go to My Intel it still shows me my old products with expired licenses.
I also tried in a new browser. Same thing.
