Cannot Download OneAPI Toolkit

Hi, this seems to be a recurrent issue, but I have not seen any solution on this site.

 

I am running Windows 10 and cannot download the Intel OneAPI HPC Toolkit. I get a "Service currently unavailable. Please try later"

 

This is the link I am using:

I have tried to use Chrome and Microsoft Edge and the same issue persists.
