I purchased a HPC toolkit on Nov 22, 2021 which appears on My Intel Dashboard. When I click Manage License button it first goes to https://registrationcenter.intel.com/en/products/license/[my serial number]/ then redirects to 'You have no registered products yet, please register one' page. If I enter my serial number to register, it says 'Serial number is already registered'. How can I manage my license? I need to transfer it to my colleague but cannot access.
