Cannot download OpenCL SDK

I'm trying to download the OpenCL SDK, but I cannot figure out how.

I click the download button on this page: https://software.intel.com/content/www/us/en/develop/tools/opencl-sdk.html

I follow the instructions, fill the form, and eventually get this screen, with no download link:

I get the same thing in Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.

There's literally no combination of things I can click that culminate in a download link.

Hi Gary, did you receive an email with the download link of the product post the registration? We tried the download ourselves and we were able to view the product after filling the form.

I did get a link. And it took me to exactly the same page as the screenshot above.

Gary, we tried the download on multiple systems and from multiple browsers but we were unable to replicate your issue. We will contact our internal team for further support on this issue. Until then, we suggest you to clear the cache and cookies of your browser and try again. Meanwhile, will check whether the issue is related to your geo specific server or not.
