Cannot download toolkit

I go to the link below, select windows, then distribution defaults to Web & Local, but nothing else happens after that. If I manually select Web & Local, nothing happens either. In fact, if I select Linux/Mac-os then Web & Local nothing happens either.

How is this toolkit suppose to be downloaded? I am using latest version of Google Chrome.

Hi Nick,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. There would be an "Installer Type" option to select. It is not appearing for many users recently due to an issue. However, our internal team has resolved it.

You may give it a try now. If the issue persists, kindly try clearing your cookies and cache before using an Incognito Tab to visit the below link.
