The cluster I work on uses cent os 7. Due to the work space policy, the cluster can not be updated.
May I request you a cenos7 compatible basekit and hpc toolkit ?

Hi Rudra, please note that the earliest version of Intel® oneAPI Base Toolkit 2021 is supported on CentOS 7 but not all tools are supported. Intel® oneAPI DPC++/C++ Compiler is not supported on CentOS 7. However, in case of Intel® oneAPI HPC Toolkit 2021, it is supported on CentOS 7.
