Changing PATH to the compilator of intel fortran for UBUNTU

I am trying to compile fortran files in  Root/Home/Downloads folder on UBUNTU but in does not work. How can I change the default folder for compiling files.

• Exact version of Intel® HPC Toolkit or Intel® Fortran Compiler (in case you're using Stand-Alone Version).
• Other versions of Intel® Parallel Studio XE or Intel® oneAPI already installed on the system.

To assist you further, we would require these details.

The version is Intel fortran standalone version 2024.0.2. They're not other Intel software installed
