Converting product key to serial number

I have productkey and i want to activate the license and it is asking for serial number. Where shall i get serial number. i have purchased the software

I copied the license file and still it is asking to put serial number. I have licen

i tried to uninstall the license manager using the following step provided by you 

• Windows* OS:  Intel® Software Manager cannot be uninstalled independently of the products which use it. Intel® Software Manager will be automatically uninstalled when all the products which use it are uninstalled.
• Open Settings: Start menu > Settings (gear icon) or press Windows key + I.
• Select Apps: Click on Apps.
• Find Intel Software Manager: Search or scroll to locate it.
• Uninstall: Click Uninstall and confirm.i
• i am not seeing software manager. Please find the attached document of screenshot
