Couldn't activate Intel Composer 2013 Update 5 on Windows 11 for development

We couldn't install and activate Intel Composer 2013 SDK on Windows 11. It said the license key was not valid.

We have been using this Intel Composer 2013 SDK license key on Windows 10 and Visual Studio 2013 many times and it was working well. So, it seems there is an incompatibility issue between the SDK and Windows 11.

Upgrading it to Intel OneAPI won't be a choice as it will cost us a lot of time and work. The Intel Composer 2013 SDK is used by our legacy software product.

We tried to contact Intel to see whether this could be fixed, but we lost the account that was used to buy the library. Is there anyone here who knows how to solve this issue?

Hi Duc, please note that the Intel® Composer 2013 Update 5 has not been tested and validated on Windows 11 by our engineering team. It may or may not work on the Windows 11 operating system.

We would like to inform you that Intel® has decided that Intel® oneAPI Toolkits Versions: 2023.1.0 and earlier are not supported anymore. We urge users to upgrade to the latest version of Intel® developer tools.  

The unsupported versions do not include the latest functional and security updates. These versions are targeted to be removed after a period.
